Paga Agent – Paga was founded in the year 2009 on the simple belief that the ubiquity of mobile phones can be leveraged to bring financial services to all Africans. We aim to accomplish our mission by working in partnership with select Banks, Microfinance institutions, and all Mobile Network Operators.
For consumers, their core offering is a money transfer service. With Paga, you can send money to anyone with a mobile phone or system (laptop). You can either use Paga by yourself (if you own a Paga account) or by going to any Paga Agent. They also offer several other products such as: buying/sending airtime credits, bill payments, and retail payments. For ultimate convenience, they provide several channels for consumers to use Paga – SMS, Online, a mobile application.
Paga Merchant Services allows businesses to collect payment from all spectrums of the population, whether banked or not. By leveraging the Paga e-widget, businesses can integrate a world-class online checkout process on their own websites. Businesses can also leverage our agent network to collect payment for goods and services or provide customers the convenience of paying via SMS or online at Paga’s customer portal.
Paga is an application built to ease the stress of we African’s. Many of us using bank account find it difficult to queue in the bank. One of the most frustrating things is that many of us have to leave our various offices to go and face the bank queue just to transfer or withdraw money. So Paga has made life easy by introducing this application called PAGA, where we can transfer and also withdraw money.

How To Open Paga Agent Portal
The first thing you need to do is to open your browser (firefox, opera mini, UC browser, Chrome, e.t.c.). Then, you type in MY PAGA.COM and the browser automatically opens the PAGA portal or page.
How To Open An Account On Paga
These are the procedure on how you open an account on PAGA Agent portal:
Firstly, you click on create an account on the right top corner of the portal. Then you will see the page where you fill the form
- The first thing you will see is ‘TITLE’
You select your title whether Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms
- You will be asked to provide your FIRST NAME
Type in your first name in the box provided in front e.g. TOBILOBA
- Provide your SURNAME
Type in your surname in the box provided in front e.g. Michael
- Provide your PHONE NUMBER
Types in your active phone number were you can receive alerts and important information.
- Provide your EMAIL
Types in your active email address were you can receive alerts and important information.
- You will then be asked to choose a USERNAME
Type in a username that will be easy to remember and that will be your username to access your account
- Also, provide a PASSWORD
Type in a password that will be easy to remember and that will be your username to access your account
- You will be asked to CONFIRM PASSWORD
All you need to do is to type in that password you typed in before.
- You then click on CONTINUE
- It then opens another page where you will be asked to provide SECURITY PHRASE.
Before that, you will see some images above so just click on an image and type in the name of that image you chose

N.B: Do Not Enter Your Paga Password On Any Site Including Paga, If You Do Not See Both Your Security Image And Password.
- You then click on CONTINUE AGAIN
It then opens the last page with details of the information you provided previously.
- All you need to do on the third page is click on the two boxes below, by doing that you have also accepted their terms and conditions.
- You then click on REGISTER
- It then opens another page where you VERIFY YOUR PHONE NUMBER
They verify your phone number to make sure you can receive your notifications on the move.
They will send you a 5 digit validation code.
- You then click on DONE
- You also verify your email address by logging in to your email and click on the link sent to you
- You are good to go
As you can see, it very easy and not stressful
Your Paga account number will be by the left corner of your page
When you have successfully created your account, you have access to the following;
- Send money
- Deposit to the bank
- Buy airtime and data
- Pay bills and merchant
- Recurring payment
- Receive western union
By the left corner of your page, you have access to your account where you are allowed to do the following;
- Wallet
- Transaction history
- Link phone
- Profile
- Get help
If you want to logout, you will see logout in a red box at the right corner of your page. Just click on it.
